is a web-enabled lead management tool.

- Different Levels
For security reasons, LeadControl
offers 5 different levels of permissions so
management, supervisors, travel consultants
and operational staff can view different information
to better respond to your company’s needs.
- Email Leads
E-mail leads received from your website are
automatically routed to LeadControl. A lead
number is also automatically assigned to each
lead received. The information captured by the
system is exactly what the travelers enter when
using the various forms on your information/product
pages.
- Phone Leads
Phone leads can be manually entered by the Sales
Consultant or by anyone assisting the traveler.
- Lead Assignment
Once in the system, the lead can be automatically
or manually assigned to an available travel
consultant who is ready to answer the customer.
- Self Service
A self service feature makes it possible to
route all leads to an area where the sales consultants
can read and pick/assign their own leads.
- First Email
Once the lead is assigned, LeadControl generates
two different emails: one to the client, informing
them of the name and contact information of
the travel consultant assigned to help him/her
with his request/booking and a second one to
the travel consultant informing him/her that
a new client needs to be assisted.
- Lead Status
Sales Consultants can modify lead status according
to the various phases on the sales cycle: new
lead, inquiry, 2nd inquiry, follow up, reserve,
booking, etc. Status can be customized according
to the reservation system used by your company.
- Active Leads
LeadControl keeps a library of all active leads
for further reference, automatically capturing
the information entered by potential clients
into a database for future use by marketing
teams.
- Sales Performance
Sales Performance is a very useful tool. It
helps management with performance reporting
on sales results by travel consultant as well
as by team, conversion rates, average ticket
sale and profit. It clearly tells management
who’s delivering and who’s not,
based on the leads received.
- Document Library
LeadControl offers a document library to make
it easy for users to access shareable company
information. Documents can be of almost any
type: word files, excel spreadsheets, images
or sub applications.
- Message Board
A Message board will internally broadcast important
messages to an individual, group of people,
or to the entire team of users. LeadControl
users access the messages on their screen once
they open the application.
- Lead Archive
Leads can be archived by travel consultants,
once client has booked and/or a sale has not
occurred. This is important to keep the database
of active leads as clean as possible. Archived
leads are stored for eventual marketing use.
- Stats
Stats gives management up-to-the-minute information
on leads received by website or by content.
It’s interesting for marketing/sales team
to analyze/measure campaign results performed
on the marketing side of the company. (Ex. Leads
generated right after an email broadcast is
sent out.)
- Database
LeadControl maintains a database of potential
clients who use the various forms on the website,
automatically capturing their contact information
and separating them in segmented databases.

include capture and maintaining of newsletter

Useful url links can be easily posted at LeadControl

consulate and visa info pages, etc.

Links for users to download and install licensed
software used throughout the company can be
easily created at LeadControl. (Ex: Acrobat
Reader, Sabre for Windows, Amadeus ProWeb, etc.)
- Upload Assistant
An easy-to-use upload feature helps users to
upload files to a pre-determined space on the
server for future use by company.
- Users Database and Bios
A database of all users (company’s employees)
is available with contact information, personal
email, emergency phone numbers, as well as bios.
- Admin Control Panel
The intuitive admin control panel sets up permissions,
add/change new users, add/change reservation
status, add/change individual and company sales
goals as well as other information used throughout
LeadControl.
